SaaS · Web Platform
A centralized CRM that replaced scattered tools and spreadsheets across a software house — covering the complete Lead → Client → Project → Task → Invoice lifecycle with realtime updates.
Problem
Day-to-day operations lived in disconnected spreadsheets, chat threads, and ad-hoc tools. Leads slipped through the cracks, project status was invisible to clients, and invoicing was a manual chore prone to errors.
Solution
Built a single platform covering the entire business lifecycle: 14 modules across leads, clients, projects, tasks, time tracking, invoicing, and analytics — with 7 user roles under full RBAC, realtime notifications and team chat over Socket.IO, and background job queues handling the heavy lifting.
Key Features
One platform now runs the entire operation — every lead, project, task, and invoice lives in a single realtime system that both the team and clients trust.

E-Commerce · Web
Full-stack e-commerce platform built for a live UAE clothing brand — a non-technical owner runs the entire shop independently via a custom admin panel.
Problem
OxyBliss needed a high-performance online store their non-technical owner could run alone: fast on mobile, flexible enough for promotions and custom sizing, and secure enough to take real payments from day one.
Solution
Built a full-stack storefront with product variants, a custom pricing engine, Stripe plus Cash-on-Delivery checkout, and a complete admin panel for products, orders, banners, categories, and newsletters — hardened with CSP middleware, CSRF-protected checkout, and activity logs.
Key Features
A fast, branded storefront the OxyBliss team manages themselves — full control over inventory, orders, and promotions without relying on external platforms.

Mobile App · Cross-platform
A space-themed, fully-offline learning app that helps kids aged 6–12 explore the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes and the natural world — guided by Nova, a friendly astronaut mascot — while a PIN-protected Parent Zone keeps screen time in check.
Problem
Young children lose interest quickly in static, drill-style learning apps, and parents are increasingly wary of unsupervised, always-online screen time. Most kids' apps solve one of these problems but not both — they're either engaging but unsafe/online-dependent, or safe but boring.
Solution
Built a cross-platform Flutter app for Android, iOS and Windows that turns early learning into a "Cosmic Discovery" adventure. The app is local-first — all learning content, progress, badges and streaks are stored on-device in SQLite, so it works with zero internet connection, with only authentication (Firebase + Google Sign-In) touching the network.
Key Features
A fully offline-first learning app that keeps kids engaged through layered gamification while giving parents genuine control over screen time — designed, built and maintained end-to-end as the sole developer.

Development Highlights
Whichever product we ship, the same engineering standards run underneath — the parts users never see, but always feel.
Clear domain boundaries and predictable performance — designed to grow without constant rewrites.
Mobile-first layouts that hold up from small phones to ultrawide desktops, with no broken edges.
Keyboard navigation, semantic landmarks, and reduced-motion support built into every component.
Code-split bundles, edge-cached pages, and rendering strategies tuned for real device conditions.
Structured metadata, canonical URLs, and JSON-LD wired in from the first commit — not bolted on.
Typed, tested, and documented code your future team can extend with confidence — not fear.
Typed API contracts, observable pipelines, and resilient retries for real-world third-party services.
Hardened defaults, validated inputs, and auth patterns reviewed before they ever ship to production.
