Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://verixsoft.com or engaging Verixsoft Inc.("Verixsoft") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Verixsoft provides custom software engineering services including web development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, AI integration, UI/UX design, and DevOps. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued according to the schedule in your project agreement (milestone-based, monthly retainer, or hourly).
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding balances are settled.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced specifically for your project transfer to you. Verixsoft retains ownership of reusable internal frameworks, libraries, and tooling that pre-date the engagement or are not built exclusively for your project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA prior to project kick-off upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verixsoft's total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Verixsoft may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration in Vehari, Punjab.
