Build software thatactually matters.
We are a small, senior team obsessed with craft. If you care deeply about the code you write and the products you ship — we should talk.

A place where goodwork is the culture.
Async First
We believe your best work happens when you have uninterrupted focus time. No mandatory standups. No Slack noise. We communicate in writing — clearly, concisely, and with context.
Ship Real Things
Every engineer here has their fingerprints on products used by real people. No endless planning cycles, no feature factories. We scope small, ship fast, and iterate with purpose.
Senior by Default
We hire people who can own problems end-to-end. Junior roles don't exist here — we invest in people who already know how to think, and help them go deeper, not just further.
Paid to Learn
Conference budget, book budget, course budget — all real, all used. We block Fridays for learning. Growth is not a perk here. It is part of the job.
Everything you needto do your best work.
Competitive Salary
Market rate + equity options for senior hires. Reviewed every 6 months.

Engineering Culture
We build systems meant to outlast the sprint.
Our engineering culture is defined by what we don't compromise on: readability, test coverage, accessible interfaces, and honest architecture trade-offs.
We're not a company that moves fast and fixes things later. We move deliberately and ship software that holds up under real conditions — traffic, team changes, and product pivots included.
- Code is written for the next engineer, not just to pass review.
- Architecture decisions are documented and revisited as systems grow.
- Accessibility and performance are engineering requirements, not design requests.
- Feedback is specific, technical, and delivered without noise.
- Senior engineers share context — not just approvals.
- Mentorship happens through real work, not separate workshops.
- Complexity is reduced before features are added.
- Continuous improvement is tracked, not just discussed.
Hiring Process
What to expect when you apply
Six stages, two to three weeks from application to decision. Each stage has a clear purpose — no unnecessary steps.
Application Review
We review your resume, portfolio, and cover letter. No automated screening — every application is read by a team member.
Initial Screening
A 30-minute call to discuss your background, the role, and confirm mutual fit before committing time on either side.
Technical Evaluation
A focused take-home assignment or portfolio review. Designed to reflect real work — not abstract puzzles or timed pressure tests.
Engineering Interview
A technical discussion with the engineering team. We review your evaluation together and discuss architecture decisions and trade-offs.
Final Discussion
A conversation with the team lead covering scope, expectations, working style, and any remaining questions from either side.
Offer & Onboarding
If there's a strong match, we move to offer. Onboarding includes a structured 30/60/90-day plan with clear milestones.

Let's Work Together
A role worth taking seriously.
If you write software that holds up under pressure and care how the systems you build behave a year from now — we'd like to talk.
